Avoid Westpark Lettings at all costs. I made the decision to take over the running of my rented property as WestPark Lettings were not contacting me or passing on any information. This company actually took £60.00 per month off me and did virtually nothing. All they managed to do was send me their monthly fee.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, obnoxious, rude and, more importantly, outright liars. Can't speak for other tenants but I am treated with no respect. Unfortunatelly I rented a property through Westpark Estate Agents for around 18 Months. I have never dealt with such incompetence. I was left for two months with No Boiler as they did nothing about sorting it. When they did, it still didn't work the next day and they suggested i didn't know how ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
