Avoid Westpark Lettings at all costs. I made the decision to take over the running of my rented property as WestPark Lettings were not contacting me or passing on any information. At the moment they are not doing any walk rounds on the property due to covid. Completely understand that. As I am on good terms with my Tenant it was only through conversations with him that I found out faults and problems with the property. They were taking £60 per month and doing absolutely nothing. I contacted them in writing to terminate the agreement with them. It was a letter that just stated that I would like to take over the running of my property. The letter I received back was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am so tempted to post the letter but refuse to lower myself to their standards. Although I might think twice and put it online. They were extremely rude to me on the telephone. Almost to the point of shouting at me. I was actually upset and shocked when I came off the phone. In the letter I received, they accused me of being irate and very rude. It was a case of accusing me of their attitude. Needless to say, they no longer look after my rented property. Beware of this company. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.
