This letting agency was awful ! I moved in with a group of friends into a student property. It was our first rental and they took advantage of this. They didn't fix things we asked them to. There was damp in the house. They were rude when we complained and made us feel as if we were wrong to say anything. Everything was made confusing and noting was simple. We were expected to make do. They may be friendly at first but they sure will remind you that you've already signed the contract when something crops up. The guy we were dealing with left the company half way through our stay and we was not informed. We then wondered why he wasn't interested and didn't answer the phone any more, no body told us he had left. They also kept some of our deposit which we classed as very, very UNFAIR (and off course they will try to justify it ) but we didn't fight it because we wanted to get away from them so quick !
