We bad agency,stay away from them.All they are after your hard earned money.Once you pay they stop supporting you.We have reported many issues to them.The only explaination we get is that they are chasing the LANDLORD and nothing happens after that.They will take tenants signature on ALL possible documents but if you ask them to sign they will refuse by saying @ahh we are aware of it" basically they wont give anything in writing.

We have used the Leaders (Basingstoke) total management service for our three properties for over six years and during this time we have had no cause for complaint.
