We have used the Leaders (Basingstoke) total management service for our three properties for over six years and during this time we have had no cause for complaint. Voids are always kept to a minimum, tenants appear to be well vetted and maintenance issues are highlighted promptly through regular detailed property inspections. The staff at Leaders are always pleasant and address any queries which may arise in a professional and efficient manner. I have no hesitation in recommending the Basingstoke branch to future landlords.

We bad agency,stay away from them.All they are after your hard earned money.Once you pay they stop supporting you.We have reported many issues to them.The only explaination we get is that they are chasing the LANDLORD and nothing happens after that.They will take tenants signature on ALL possible...
