Useless, rude and dishonest - these people seem to have forgotten that a house is the biggest purchase most people with ever make and treat you like dirt. They failed to attend a prearranged appointment and we had to call when already at the property - they fail to respond to calls and email and not once followed up. Constantly had to chase, arrogant, avoid..
