Avoid this company at all cost! Another prime example of trying to make a quick buck out of honest, hard working people. Middle men taking their slice with no grounds. After leaving the rental property we had with the home rental company, leaving the property in a much more presentable state than when we originally moved in, we are told that it is "filthy" and are being charged. Not only do have they taken £50 from us for dropping the keys to them and writing a bogus report to the landlord (another charge I cannot fathom), they now want more money for cleaning? I am aware that its our word against theirs, but with cobwebs, thick dust, grime and hairy plug holes to deal with on arrival of the property, none of which were present upon vacating, it baffles me where this lunacy has originated? Leaving the blame primarily at the feet of the preposterous report author. There is absolutely no way in hell they will get away with this. I want to warn all tenants who are looking to rent with them to consider a more reputable company before settling for this crowd of thieves.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing. One bad experience is enough, I\'m not stupid enough to deal with them again.

10 Oct 2018I totally agree with this person's comments about the Home Rental Company. However I am speaking from the Landlord's perspective. I will be adding details of my unfortunate dealings with this Company in due course.

Not impressed with this agency at all. Began renting with them in 2011 and unfortunately ex ran off leaving me with 2 kids (I'm the Father by the way). What agent could do to change your mind?
There is nothing this agency could do now to make me change my view of them. They have lost me a house which my children loved and put us in a precarious position of being made homeless. Steer clear of this agency if you value your safety..

This company is no good for anyone under 26. Our wages exceed £4500 a month they must be having a laugh! So we have decided not to go with them Please note whilst they are asking for a guarentoo we both can provide references, bank statements, deposits and a clear credit rating... MAD
