An excellent experience with Dart & Partners, Dawlish from start to finish - we started with a viewing with Rob- he struck just the right level of Professionalism throughout (we really viewed to exclude- and found our perfect home instead!)- it was a Late in the day viewing - dark, cold, rainy- he maintained gentle optimism with great local knowledge - following our offer there was constant support , a visit to the property to allow measurement carpets etc - Caroline was extremely patient throughout this visit. Finally the whole process culminated in completion following a in a tricky weekend chasing solicitorssellers /mortgages to ensure completion Stuart ensured all parties were up to date, constantly reviewed options and finally delivered the keys to the pub ( where we had taken refuge after yet another delay!) Overall the care an attention by the Team was faultless - we would heartily recommend them
