I found Matt Hurford (the negotiator) to be professional, reliant and considerate at all times. We exchanged honest and realistic views which enable to sale to progress smoothly. I have offered feedback as to how the bookings team might improve on their service and interactions with clients. I would definitely use Springbok Properties again.
