Title: Not to be trusted – disappointing and unprofessional I had a deeply disappointing experience with Pike Smith & Kemp. In my view, they are not to be trusted. They made promises they failed to deliver on, and I found them unresponsive, bad mannered, and at times outright dismissive. Their followthrough was lazy and inconsistent, and their behaviour felt controlling rather than collaborative. In my opinion, they use pressure tactics rather than honest dialogue. If you value integrity, transparency, and professionalism, I recommend you steer clear.
