Pike Smith and Kemp were the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with a huge number). The man in the Marlow office was rude, obnoxious, clearly didn't care if we got the house or not and made the entire process of trying to buy it extremely stressful. We lost out on it in... Pike Smith and Kemp were the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with a huge number). The man in the Marlow office was rude, obnoxious, clearly didn't care if we got the house or not and made the entire process of trying to buy it extremely stressful. We lost out on it in the end and completely put this down to the agent. Unprofessional and a nasty piece of work.
