Pike Smith and Kemp were the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with a huge number). The man in the Marlow office was rude, obnoxious, clearly didn't care if we got the house or not and made the entire process of trying to buy it extremely stressful. We lost out on it in the end and completely put this down to the agent. Unprofessional and a nasty piece of work.

13 Nov 2014As the manager of Pike Smith & Kemp I am distressed by your comments, and am sorry you feel this way. However I believe in this instance the vendor was unhappy to sell the property at the offer given by yourselves. As agents we act in good faith and all offers are communicated fairly and without prejudice so the vendor can make a sound judgement. I believe in this matter the offer was revised by yourselves and therefore subsequently not acceptable to my vendor. It is unfortunate in this matter that the sale did not proceed, however my vendors were copied in all communications and it was their decision. As a company we would invite you to contact to ourselves, so that we could fully explain the matter further.
