I arranged a valuation my property and this was confirmed via email and two separate text one sent the morning of the arranged appointment. The agent failed to turn up and after 30 mins I called the valuer nd he stated it was not in his diary and whoever made the appointment did not put it in his diary. Talk about flinging a staff member under the bus. Obviously horrendous customer service and I refused an offer of another appointment. Then a manager called me and again offered another appointment 🙄 again I declided. They then two days later sent an email saying I was to book another appointment. Am still flabbergasted at the cheek. Not me would never be able to trust them to provide a good service
