Destroyed my wall and refuses to take any responsibility. Bridgfords marketed my properry , and in doing so knocked my wall over. I have exhausted their complaints procedure and they still refuse to take responsibility. Awful accountability a nationwide estate agents.

Complete lack of communication and what we did get was lies lies and more lies. All the mortgage advisor is bothered about is his two lots of commission and seems to think he can also act as a solicitor when making promises that clearly can not be kept!
