They managed my case very bad. Most of the information I was given before moving into the property were proved to be false. Worse than that, the manager would not accept that they gave wrong information and accused me of lying. In some cases that they accepted, they wouldn't even make an honest apology. I will never use this agency again nor will I recommend it to any other.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been honest. Instead of trying to deface me or doubt my integrity, they could have listened to me. The manager\'s behavior was extremely impolite.

Agent's Fees are very high for Foxtons and you do not get the level of service one would expect to match the fees so go with a smaller company that charges less and does more.
