Callum, the manager and Adam Thornton, the sales negotiator went beyond the call of duty in assisting us in selling our home. The property was empty whilst the sale went through and we lived a 5hour journey away so whenever I asked them to check the property it was done on the same day. Also they regularly kept us up to date with the progress especially as we used a recommended solicitor ,whose office was directly above Foxtons. From beginning to end the process took less than twelve weeks. I would highly recommend Foxtons, North Finchley branch, as they really are the most professional estate agents we have ever used.

Agent's Fees are very high for Foxtons and you do not get the level of service one would expect to match the fees so go with a smaller company that charges less and does more.

They managed my case very bad. Most of the information I was given before moving into the property were proved to be false. Worse than that, the manager would not accept that they gave wrong information and accused me of lying. In some cases that they accepted, they wouldn't even make an honest... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been honest. Instead of trying to deface me or doubt my integrity, they could have listened to me. The manager\'s behavior was extremely impolite.
