[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] My daughter has just had a very distressing experience with this firm. They took a sizeable deposit which they kept when the landlord of the proposed property dropped out. The guy Pring is apparently a nasty piece of work. Check yur legal position with them or better still, avoid them completely. Upon putting down a holdiding deposit of £900 the land lord rose the rent 3 times! Please do not use these Letting agents. They badly manage properties. I was supposed to move into a property on a particular date. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
