[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] My daughter has just had a very distressing experience with this firm. They took a sizeable deposit which they kept when the landlord of the proposed property dropped out. The guy Pring is apparently a nasty piece of work. Check yur legal position with them or better still, avoid them completely. Upon putting down a holdiding deposit of £900 the land lord rose the rent 3 times! Then when we had 3 days to move in Fisks told us that the property was not available but they could not give us the full £900 back because they had already sent all the reference checks. Please do not use these Letting agents. They badly manage properties. I was supposed to move into a property on a particular date.
