We highly recommend Fisks Estate Agents.. Ian and the team have been exceptional and the service we have received has been second to none. It has been a very long journey but we got there in the end and believe Fisks played a major part in getting us over the line.. Would like to give a special mention to Harriet who has been absolutely amazing and so professional throughout our entire journey from beginning to end keeping us regularly updated and constantly chasing solicitors and estate agents and we cannot thank her enough.. I decided to use Fisks because my initial consultation with them was very professional and left me feeling confident they could sell my house quickly. My circumstances were more difficult as we were selling two houses at the same time but Ian and Chelsea managed this throughout the process very professionally.
Both Ian and Chelsea were very approachable and always did their upmost to answer any questions that were thrown their way. It was a pleasure dealing with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again to move house.

DO NOT USE THESE ESTATE AGENTS!!
Having just bought my house from these totally unprofessional estate agents I would urge anybody looking to sell their house to use purple bricks. Not only are fisks employees totally useless, also rude, arrogant and unprofessional they are also the lowest form of sales people ever. I cannot stress enough to never use these estate agents. Save your time and money and use purple bricks or another online company.

Knew nothing about the house and was generally disinterested in anything I had to say. They only become interested when I put in an offer and set completely unrealistic timescales (like arranging a valuation in a week!). Typical estate agent that is only after the commission, zero customer service and if anything an overall worse experience than the estate agent I used (online estate agent at fraction of the cost). Didn't want to name and shame but the branch manager is rather unhelpful, other sales lady not much better with no info on properties!

I went to rent a place with them and they didn't show me anything at my price range and then insists on unreasonable clauses in the lease!! Luckily, I had a friend who was a lawyer and she told me what to do.
