Trying to sign the contact was the first warning sign. We had to chase up several times to progress through the process, and ended up signing the day before we were due to move in! Throughout our tenancy the agency was hard to get hold of and unprofessional when we finally could reach them, not returning phones calls and sending emails full of typos. We don't think our deposit was not registered with the DPS, and getting it back was a nightmare. They promised it back by a certain date more than once and did not deliver. It was only when we asked the DPS certificate that it reappeared in the account (with no evidence of a certificate). The lack of maintenance was shocking. Our fence blew down in February and by the end of August they had done precisely nothing despite us chasing up. This was not only frustrating us, but also distressing our neighbours. The oddest problem we had was receiving a TV, but not a hoover when that broke. The TV wasn't even included on the initial inventory! We resorted to buying our own hoover.

Ross considine, the director of this unprofessional estate agent. They are daylight robbery. They requested us to pay 12 months rent upfront. This guys will never fix anything and they lie so much, I am in awe how they are still in business. They increase the rent and lie, saying it is the landlord, but when you speak to the landlord, he has no idea of it. then all of a sudden they all have amnesia. Honestly do not even bother using...
