Ross considine, the director of this unprofessional estate agent. They are daylight robbery. They requested us to pay 12 months rent upfront. The property was not in a acceptable living condition, we end the contract early and they managed to get another poor tenant to move in. THEY DIDN'T RETURN THE UPFRONT RENT, even email reply to threaten we report to the property redness scheme, they will stop paying us back and they are happy us to use them to the small claims court. (Please see photo attached) They have agreed to £300 per week, but it's all lies. We have suggested to receive the rent from current tenant. Then ROSS stop replying calls, email and sending money. I also have proved from the DPS that they didn't put the deposit to the DPS. It is ILLEGAL IN THE UK. After 8 months of dealing THIS NIGHTMARE with them. Now, we publish their way of dealing customers. Hope everyone spread this out. We will report to the Property Redress Scheme and start the small claims to the court.

This guys will never fix anything and they lie so much, I am in awe how they are still in business. They increase the rent and lie, saying it is the landlord, but when you speak to the landlord, he has no idea of it. then all of a sudden they all have amnesia. Honestly do not even bother using...
