Poor customer service; lie to customers; no feedback; staff lack of local knowledge; poor viewings sold and bought via them. Did most of viewings myself. Selling agents for Martin Grant Homes Kingsfield Park. Over priced. Advise your buyers information re completion before their customer, and then lie to customer the following day that they have the info. Manager Edward Harrison, snide, arrogant and dishonest.
What agent could do to change your mind?

No show up at a property viewing. Waiting over 30 mins with a 4 month old baby. Did see some one pull up in a car. But they didn't bother to get out of the car and meet me at the property. Terrible experience. Sneaky and rude person who is going behind your back , She let the property to someone else without waiting for our referencing to come back ,never contacted our guarantor, she took my bank details for the holding deposit, but she never hold the property for us, found out...
