Beyond pathetic - I went to Taylors since I wanted to buy another house from them & so chose them to sell my house and use their in house mortgage advisors so that I could have a smooth end to end process which was in house and under one roof. They sold my house quite quickly but failed to inform the other branch that they had sold my house, and that I should pay my deposit. Lost that house. Conveyancing has been so slow that I have lost another house. The branch I was going to buy from keeps on emailing me useless emails about houses I have zero interest in. I have resorted to sending them a map of the area that I am looking in and the 15 key requirements that I have in priority. I will never ever have anything to do with them again if I can help it. I have had to phone and follow up at every stage and just about daily to see what is going on. My 11 year old could do a better job and show more enthusiasm than these agent. As a professional myself I would never even dare to let any of their agents in front of my clients for fear of embarrassment.

No show up at a property viewing. Waiting over 30 mins with a 4 month old baby. Did see some one pull up in a car. But they didn't bother to get out of the car and meet me at the property. Terrible experience. Sneaky and rude person who is going behind your back , She let the property to someone else without waiting for our referencing to come back ,never contacted our guarantor, she took my bank details for the holding deposit, but she never hold the property for us, found out...
