I’ve been with this agency many years and always found staff like Dean very helpful. Sadly, my experience with Luke has been the complete opposite. He placed a tenant on benefits into my property without ever notifying me, which led to nothing but headaches. Luke is only interested in the money - there was no transparency, no care the landlord, and when the tenancy ended he offered absolutely no support. After years of loyalty, I received none in . Very disappointing service, and I would not recommend dealing with him

29 Oct 2025Hi Aftab, I'm not sure why you are using the name Costa. The truth is you had an excellent tenant in that house for years. She kept the place spotless and moved out when you wanted to sell he place. You wanted to withhold money from her deposit for maintenance issues which you had failed to address. We were not even managing the property so had no reason to be completing this unfair paperwork. A bad review was one of your threats. It's a shame that you don't have a site to review. I'm sure Amara would have a word or two.

No assistance at all when landlord failed to attend urgent issues, refused to provide any contact details for landlord except a mobile number which was never answered.
