Really good experience - helpful during initial checks, very thorough check-in, always tried to help when any property issues arose during the tenancy, and again a thorough check-out service. After a terrible experience with our previous agency, The Letting Centre were great!

I’ve been with this agency many years and always found staff like Dean very helpful. Sadly, my experience with Luke has been the complete opposite. No assistance at all when landlord failed to attend urgent issues, refused to provide any contact details for landlord except a mobile number which was never answered.
