I have looked into this case and would comment as follows: The earnings you suggested you received were sufficient to pass references. However you were unable to prove these to our third party referencing agency. Cash payments cannot be taken into account if these are not registered with HMRC. We offered you ways out of this quandary including paying rent up front or finding a guarantor. Neither of these options were appealing to you. Fifty percent of the fee you lost was paid to the landlord to compensate him for the time the property was taken off market for you. All earning need to be provable for reference purposes.

All information were provided. I told that these payments were in cash and the your employee was aware. I have sent you an email yesterday and did not get any reply. If you had to pay the landlord than your employee us responsible for that. I still insist on a partial refund. It is not my fault that your employee is not paying attention to details. He just wanted to complete this contract. The offer you made was to pay 6 months rent in advance! This is a huge amount. So not a convenient offer. The second offer was to have guarantor. I'm a German national and living and working in the UK. That's why I do not have a guarantor here. But this information I provided as well in advance.
