They'll try to deduct a certain amount of money from your deposit so be careful when renting a property with them. The property that I rented was already in a bad situation where the previous tenant left all their stuffs and some of the items within the property were broken ( eg, broken containers in a freezer, dirty oven with black stains in it, broken drawers and etc,.). And they will deduct unbelievable amount of money removing the stuffs you left behind or cleaning purposes even though I did a deep cleaning of the house. Try AVOIDING THEM.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
