If I could I'd give zero stars for the worst service ever provided by a letting agent. PLEASE DO NOT LET FROM THEM. They do not care about their tenants at all. The house was given in a messy state with a lot of damaged furniture. Bathrooms were not clean. They seem clueless half the time... Read Full Review

good. Agency had very little input after initial contract signed, almost all negotiations were between us 3 Tenants and the landlord, who was incredibly kind and helped us with many issues swiftly (thanks Mohammad). Fees are very competitive. Some agents charge lower, but provide low end of the market services. Would you risk your valuable asset with someone on the cheap. I wouldn't.
