If I could I'd give zero stars for the worst service ever provided by a letting agent. PLEASE DO NOT LET FROM THEM. They do not care about their tenants at all. Agency had very little input after initial contract signed, almost all negotiations were between us 3 Tenants and the landlord, who was incredibly kind and helped us with many issues swiftly (thanks Mohammad). Very quick to letting my properties out. Always on hand to give landlord and tenant support in resolving any issues. I have tried many agents in the past, but now found the right one, been with them for 4 years. They deserve 7 ... Read Full Review
Fees are very competitive. Some agents charge lower, but provide low end of the market services. Would you risk your valuable asset with someone on the cheap. I wouldn't.
