I had a very disappointing experience with Manners & Harrison Stockton branch. I was scheduled a property viewing at Blandford Close on 6th October 2025 at 5 PM. I arrived early, at 4:45 PM, and waited outside almost an hour. Despite calling the office several times, no one arrived, and I was not contacted by anyone from the agency. When I called the next morning to understand what had happened, I was told by staff that the agent had been there a “block viewing” and that I “must have been in the wrong place.” This is completely untrue and frankly insulting. I was then spoken to dismissively by both the staff member (Lee) and the manager (Andy), who repeatedly insisted that I was mistaken and that it was “pointless” to discuss further. No apology, no accountability — just blame. I found this conduct highly unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. I had rearranged my evening and travelled to the location, only to be treated as I had done something wrong. I am a doctor working in the NHS, and I am accustomed to professional communication and integrity — both of which were completely lacking here. I would strongly advise potential tenants to exercise caution when dealing with this branch. If this is how they treat people at the viewing stage, I can only imagine the challenges that might follow later.

Manners and Harrison staff are polite and friendly, however through out my tenancy I had no need to speak with them on a regular basis.
