It was nice to begin with then got worse. No response to complaints and maintenance. You are left alone to deal with the problems yourselves as it was your own property even though you are a tenant and pay them their service. And then they will try and keep your deposit with excuses and suspicious reports that never been provided to you when moved in. I had to deal with a lot of stress with them and it's not worth it. You don't enjoy your home when they give you such stress about rent rise maintenance issues and lie to you about your home being sale. Just stay away your mental health.

We (4 students) rented with Fab Homes last year.
