I am currently renting a property with Fab Homes and I wouldn’t recommend this letting agency to anyone. I have sent email after email for months, politely asking for them to arrange for someone to look at the broken dishwasher in the flat. Now the hot water is gone in our shower, and I am worried that we will be ignored about that too! So I feel I have been left with no choice but to write a negative review. This is not in my nature but I feel let down by this letting company. We are good tenants and look after the property and always pay our rent on time. Would not recommend!!!

It was nice to begin with then got worse. No response to complaints and maintenance. You are left alone to deal with the problems yourselves as it was your own property even though you are a tenant and pay them their service. We (4 students) rented with Fab Homes last year. Upon the move out, they began to threaten us with several cleaning and repair charges although several points they raised already existed in our pre-move in inventory (so were not our responsibility to repair) or fell under general wear and tear. ...
