Awful service. I can confirm the same as other negative reviewers that staff do not respond to emails, forcing you to go in branch, and then they are dismissive and rude. Avoid at all costs. I have also noticed that some of the positive reviews left both here and on Google Maps are actually from employees who work at Wardhaugh. The lack of transparency is incredibly worrying. If you are a tenant, they will ignore you. If you are a landlord, they will tell you what you want to hear but not actually follow up on anything, forcing you to have to take matters into your own hands. What do we pay them ? Do not give them your money. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to potentially rent out a property with Wardhaugh to go with literally any other company instead.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
