Awful service. I can confirm the same as other negative reviewers that staff do not respond to emails, forcing you to go in branch, and then they are dismissive and rude. Avoid at all costs. This company is an absolute joke. Landlords beware, the employees here do not care about letting your property whatsoever. Truly, truly awful. Both the branch in Arbroath and the branch in Forfar conduct themselves in an appalling manner. They are dismissive (verging on bored) if you complain, and go out of their way to be as difficult as possible. Their referencing company of choice is also very questionable indeed. ... This company is a joke, ran by monkeys who only care about th owners and not the people paying their own bills i.e. the TENNENTS. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
