Awful service. I can confirm the same as other negative reviewers that staff do not respond to emails, forcing you to go in branch, and then they are dismissive and rude. Avoid at all costs. Awful service. I can confirm the same as other negative reviewers that staff do not respond to emails, forcing you to go in branch, and then they are dismissive and rude. Avoid at all costs.
I have also noticed that some of the positive reviews left both here and on Google Maps are actually from employees who work at Wardhaugh. The lack of transparency is incredibly worrying.
If you are a tenant, they will ignore you. If you are a landlord, they will tell you what you want to hear but not actually follow up on anything, forcing you to have to take matters into your own hands. What do we pay them ? Do not give them your money. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to potentially rent out a property with Wardhaugh to go with literally any other company instead.

This company is an absolute joke. Landlords beware, the employees here do not care about letting your property whatsoever. They will not respond to emails at times and simply pass you on from one person to the next with no customer service and curt responses when you do manage to get ahold of them. ... Read Full Review

This company is an absolute joke. Landlords beware, the employees here do not care about letting your property whatsoever. They will not respond to emails at times and simply pass you on from one person to the next with no customer service and curt responses when you do manage to get ahold of them. List elsewhere.

This company is a joke after money no personal touch! Couldn't tell you who even works there! This company had taken months to tell us they had taken over property for old agents. This company is a joke after money no personal touch! Couldn't tell you who even works there! This company had taken months to tell us they had taken over property for old agents. The communication is awful! Entered my house with out notice or consent using a key for and inspection! Not on! Notice handed in and tried to tell us we had 2 months notice to give but we have never signed a new contract with them! And also a list of this needing done like steam cleaning all carpets with proof it was done but nicely on the bottom they do remind you they have such people to do the job at £22 an hour! Had a previous house with old agent who the contract for this house was with and had to have house clean and tidy of course back to normal! But not to that extent! But as previously stated they are out for money that it. Certainly would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
SORTED PROBLEMS OUT WEVE BEEN WAITING A YEAR!!!!! Ignoring problems literally walking past problems, you are selfish mindless people that only care about yourselves, you all need sacking I watch three of them walk past the property twice a day, IGNORANT DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!

Pregnant and living in a house with no radiators, hot water, absolute joke, can\'t even get parked on your drive you pay for cos they let the public park there then the estate agent walks past waving at them!!

When we first moved into the property we reported the following problems
1. Smoked stain blinds (yellow)
2. Radiators don't work
3. Blinds don't turn

We reported this more than a year ago and are still waiting for things to be done,
They let people park on illegally on the drive who are non tenants they don't care about they're tenants, they are ignorant and don't respond to your problems. Stay away from them hamish is the worst estate agent in the world and needs sacking and so is the other old women with black short hair We have took this further with them as it's not right to leave a pregnant women living with all these problems, sooner we move out next month the better, don't rent any property in Coutties Wynd as your opening a can of problems. And do not rent any property with these lazy mindless people. Who can't do they're jobs

This company is a joke, ran by monkeys who only care about th owners and not the people paying their own bills i.e. the TENNENTS. Complained about a theft of utilities and as of yet they have not investigated. The local paper are interested as this could turn out to be a criminal... Read Full Review
