This company is an absolute joke. Landlords beware, the employees here do not care about letting your property whatsoever. They will not respond to emails at times and simply pass you on from one person to the next with no customer service and curt responses when you do manage to get ahold of them. List elsewhere.

Awful service. I can confirm the same as other negative reviewers that staff do not respond to emails, forcing you to go in branch, and then they are dismissive and rude. Avoid at all costs. SORTED PROBLEMS OUT WEVE BEEN WAITING A YEAR!!!!! Ignoring problems literally walking past problems, you are selfish mindless people that only care about yourselves, you all need sacking I watch three of them walk past the property twice a day, IGNORANT DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!

Pregnant and living in a house with no radiators, hot water, absolute joke, can\'t even get parked on your drive you pay for cos they let the public park there then the estate agent walks past waving at them!!

This company is a joke, ran by monkeys who only care about th owners and not the people paying their own bills i.e. the TENNENTS. Complained about a theft of utilities and as of yet they have not investigated. The local paper are interested as this could turn out to be a criminal... Read Full Review
