Satchells Lettings provide an appalling service. They took my details 3 times. Failed to keep me updated and a property before they said any viewings would be available. Didnt confirm or actually book a viewing me when I had booked it. Going into the office there was no professionalism. They sat back in their chairs with folded arms and failed to engage appropriately. When asked about alternative properties they had miraculously all been despite clearly being available on their website and Rightmove.

Stay away from this agency. They are not helpful at all, they are only interested in money.
