Absolutely horrible letting agency, never trust this company. I was renting a room in a 9 bedroom house in Bristol, and it was a nightmare. I was told the house and room would be fully furnished me to move into, however it was only after several calls to the agency that they finally provided me with a desk, chair and wardrobe, meaning I was stuck with just a bed and shelves the first month of my tenancy. The place was only cleaned by cleaners once from June, when I moved in, to the end of May, when I moved out. When the cleaners did come, they only cleaned the kitchen 1 out of 3 bathrooms. We were forced to do all the cleaning when we moved it ourselves. Even after that, we were charged a cleaning fee. The agency refused to fix a leak in the drainage pipes months, and mold was everywhere in the bathrooms. When they finally fixed the pipes, scaffolding was left there the rest of the year. There was a lovely tree in the front of the house which they completely chopped down halfway through no reason, and left all the dead leaves and branches there in the 'driveway'. The floorboards in the house are horrible - rotting with holes and loose nails left in them. In some places, you can see through the floor into the rooms below. There are storage cupboards which are left filled with junk from previous tenants, uncleared. When someone was evicted in February, their stuff was left in the hallway months. There is a reason they struggle to rooms out to people and it is no secret to anyone that dares to come a viewing. And most importantly, I have still not recieved my deposit back, even though it has been 2 months since moving out, and I have frequently been emailing them. NEVER use this letting agency to rent a home.
