Totally incompetent people. No matter how often you complain about the same thing it's like talking to a brick wall.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Come to see the damage to my house instead of white washing over the issue for months.

Absolutely horrible letting agency, never trust this company. I was renting a room in a 9 bedroom house in Bristol, and it was a nightmare.
