Benham and Reeves in Highgate have been looking after my property now for over 12 years. Ivan's knowledge of the area and market is second to none. They produce timely monthly statements which are now all online, their credit control is really efficient even though rent has not been late and due to their excellent team, we have had no void periods between tenancies. What is really impressive is the ability of Ivan to respond to any email request by return regardless of the time I send him the email. Phenomenal service.
