Thieves! At first we thought we had rented with the right agency, they were quick at taking your money and getting you situated, but the second you want to leave it gets sketchy!
Also a warning about the property management team - Your private details and contracts are not kept confidential. The team is uncoordinated and confused at best. They've not made any effort to improve their close out of tenancy process. They'll be very eager to get you in the door, get a new tenant in, get their commission, take your money - but when leaving you're on your own! There are several other options in Ealing that are more ethical and responsible and just round the corner - take one! Ps. To any existing tenants reading this - check your final bill with a fine-toothed comb: you will find errors and inconsistencies I guarantee you!

My partner and I rented a one bed apartment in Dickens Yard.
We had very specific requirements, all of which were met and the branch couldn't have been helpful. Nick went out of his way to ensure the flat was ready for our move in date and access to the property was made to our various contractors. Completely stress-free!

I normally wouldnt leave reviews but i have honestly just had a really great experience from Nick from Benham and Reeves in Ealing. I realised my budget was a bit on the low side for a 3 bed, but NicK was really professional and helpful. He explained my options, took me out to view properties the following day and even though my offer was a bit low, he managed to get it accepted. The rest of the process was super easy as I w able to pay all monies online and signed everything on line. So simple. Thanks a lot, job well done. Highly recommend

We were looking for a 1 bedroom flat in West London. We called Nick at Benham Reeves at about 5pm and Nick said he had a couple of great flats to show us and agreed to show us around at 9pm as we had to get there from work. Both flats were indeed ideal and we went for the one which according to Nick was south facing as I couldn't tell. Nick got our offer agreed by the following morning and Liane was super fast finalizing all the paperwork, even with the difficulty of my girlfriend just starting a new job. Nick was honest and the flat we now have is South facing and is really bright. I can only recommend Benham and Reeves as the best agency.

Everyone at Benham and Reeves have always remained professional and ready to help. We were assisted by Nick who helped us and followed up constantly with available properties for us. We have had a few issues in the flat since moving in as the development is brand new but the team have really helped get everything resolved and never tire of me dropping in.

Nick helped me find a new house in Ealing which matched all my requirements. Even though I had a dog, which most agents turn their noses up at, Jenni was very diligent diligent and professional in finding me a suitable property and then agreeing with the landlord. She was very kind, professional and always tried to help. It is not easy to find decent agents who are flexible to schedule viewings late in the evening nor who want to help when they hear you have a pet. But Nick waited for me until very late to show me the flat I am currently living in. I would definitely recommend him.
