This company is a desperate mess, clutching at straws to try and claw as much cash out of businesses as it can with its talons. My company signed a 12 month contract with Focus to provide a CRM system for our new property management business. Less than 24 hours after signing the contract, we were informed by our client account provider that, because Focus were not a recognised mainstream provider, that they could not accept them as our CRM system. On learning that we could no longer use Focus, I asked them to cancel the contract, and offered a good will payment of £250 for the inconvenience. However, like the bottom feeding business that they are, they are threatening to take my new business to court to try and bully us into paying nearly £1500 for a 12 month contract that we cannot use, despite the fact we cancelled less than 24 hours after signing, and offered a good will payment to cover their time. No wonder nobody uses these guys. They are obviously desperate for cash and couldn't give a damn about their reputation.

Since upgrading to the new cloud version of Focus Rent we persistently find that users cannot log in and work!!! We call "Support" on their million pence per hour 0871 number, easily the biggest single phone call bill on every phone bill of the month, for them to fiddle about and get it working ...
