Had been using them a few years. Decided to look at the upgrade to use sales, didn't like it, but then decided to shop around. Found a great deal elsewhere. Cancelled focus, who then told me I would have to pay the last 3 months up front, even though a letter contradicted this. aid No i would not be happy, made a formal complaint. No response. Only for today to find they have taken 3 months in advance and not only that 10 days early. Have now made another complaint and asked for details will take it to court if I have too. No one swindles me. Ironically was told they where sad to lose me as I was a valued client. Say clear of this lot.

I had a snotty call from a girl at Focus around 2 weeks ago asking why we hadn't signed a direct debit they had sent out and that we were currently ringing for support, again, and that they weren't going to help unless we signed the direct debit. Since upgrading to the new cloud version of Focus Rent we persistently find that users cannot log in and work!!! We call "Support" on their million pence per hour 0871 number, easily the biggest single phone call bill on every phone bill of the month, for them to fiddle about and get it working ...
