Let Property

This company exploits both sellers and buyers its own selfish gain. They are an organised group of scammers. Most reviews displaying fivestars are not genuine. They usually report most genuine reviews as fake and remove them. My honest review, was flagged as fake by Let property and removed from the platform before I successfully verified my identity to put it back. In my own story, I was pressured until I paid the buyer's premium. After payment, communications stopped. The terms and conditions were not explained to me. I was assured that my payment was fully refundable the sale did not go ahead any reason. I was not allowed to view the property, So I conducted a buyers survey which highlighted some issues with the property. I emailed them with my concerns and despite follow up emails, They deliberately did not respond until after 60day period had elapsed. I was then told that according to their terms, I will not get my refund as It's past 60 days. They tried to force me to withdraw from the sale, When I refused to withdraw my interest in the property, they proceeded to withdraw the property from the market without any explanation and denied my request a refund of the premium. I have submitted a formal complaint without a response. I have sent a follow up my complaint and still no reply. I plan to follow up on this matter and, necessary, escalate it to the Property Ombudsman and pursue small claims court action. Letproperty is a real setback in your property journey. Please avoid them at all costs. Don't lose your hard earned money to these scammers. I will keep everyone updated on the progress of my complain. They have lots of cases with property ombudsmen at the moment. So they don't even care you want to report them. Right now they are advertising on all social media platforms to get more victims.
