Michele Webb Property Management

After renting with michele webb for 6 months all i can say is STAY AWAY. We had 4 different leaks only one was fixed, ongoing damp that we was told it was our fault as we didnt keep the windows open in the middle of winter, with one of the letting agents barry continued to send a youtube video of how to get rid of condensation even though the damp on the walls were BLACK mould in the bedroom and rising damp in the bathroom that was so bad after moving out I had to throw away every bit or furniture costing me over £3000. With the landlord being a old “family friend” and said he will look after us and absolutely did not. This property being a flat, none of the doors in the building were fire safe doors and i had to jump out the window to open our front door as it had water damage and the wood expanded in the frame, door handle would fall off when trying to pull door open . Staff are extremely rude. after landlord told us we can have our dog when it came to moving out he deleted all his messages so we had no evidence and took our deposit of £600. When viewing the flat the heating was on and it was boiling in the building, that didnt stick out to us at the time but that was all to keep the mould away for when we viewed it which the woman was an hour late in the middle of winter we had to wait outside in the cold, when collecting the keys the landlord was late again as he told us he would drop the keys off for us at the property and was an hour late again. When the landlord was at the property he was playing with my dog picking him up and knew full well he said we could have him there, while we also used to bump into the landlord in the park on dog walks and he was completely in love with said puppy. I am outraged this company is even allowed and should be stopped. If your looking for a rental property stay as far away as possible and do not make our mistake!
