After renting with michele webb for 6 months all i can say is STAY AWAY. We had 4 different leaks only one was fixed, ongoing damp that we was told it was our fault as we didnt keep the windows open in the middle of winter, with one of the letting agents barry continued to send a youtube video of ... The terms and conditions of lettings state that admin fees, deposit and first month's rent is payable before they stop showing property to others. Atrocious letting agents. When I first moved in, I should have known they weren't going to be the best after they admitted to intentionally showing the wrong photos in the advert and quoting the wrong rent at the viewing. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
