The gentleman that show me the property was totally unprepared, constantly saying "I don't know that"... Showing a room that was not the one advertised. He had a notes sheet where it supposed to say all info about the letting and still didn't know which room he was offering. I had to show him in my phone the photos of the AD, He didn't even read once what he was showing. The Ad said "Unfurnished room" and He was saying "I don't think is this one, it's the another one that is furnished the person in there will leave the room mid September".... We are 25th already!. Totally unprofessional just assisting to work for his paycheck. If that's the interest/effort the put on clients now at viewing stage, I can't imagine when I already be a Tenant . Very bad image. My gut just don't trust in their professionalism.

You get what you pay for. Always takes Kayleigh and Lydia a long time to get back to you, don't give very much notice before sending contractors in and try to sting you with deposits. A house that we'd left pretty clean cost almost £400 to clean. They said a quarter of this ... Read Full Review

Not even worth 1 star. So rude to me they brought me to tears and said the flat had not been cleaned. They tried to add extra costs on for electricity saying electricity had been overused. They kept every penny of the deposit and lied to get it. Absolutely vile company. Stay ... Read Full Review

I don't know where to begin.
