I'm surprised I forgot to write this at the time I mainly dealt with Deborah and Carol (Can't remember how to spell Deb's name so excuse if it's wrong) I moved into an overpriced, incomplete flat (Courtmews) and my heating didn't work. You'd think heating was quite important and that they'd fix it. Numerous emails and I didn't have heating the whole year. The heating in the lounge would've worked ok had Black Pear not kept coming in and turning the thermostat down lol what was the 24 hour warning people were meant to give? But no heating in my room all year and no internet for 2 months when we first moved in and no deductions or help. All of my friends who used Black Pear as well regretted it and even a landlord of student houses who I am friends with stopped using them as they were awful. Hopefully they've changed the staff now but at my time of using them... absolutely awful. In fact honestly, a disgusting first experience for people of letting agents. The year before with Black Pear... I was moved into a room that I was promised would be quiet... it vibrated from the bass of the Nightclub on nights out and the council ended up coming in to conduct tests and it was way over the legal noise limits to rent out so although no help prior, once forced by the council they had to release me from my contract and then the room was deemed as illegal to rent out. Awful awful agents.

You get what you pay for. Always takes Kayleigh and Lydia a long time to get back to you, don't give very much notice before sending contractors in and try to sting you with deposits. A house that we'd left pretty clean cost almost £400 to clean. They said a quarter of this ... Read Full Review

Not even worth 1 star. So rude to me they brought me to tears and said the flat had not been cleaned. They tried to add extra costs on for electricity saying electricity had been overused. They kept every penny of the deposit and lied to get it. Absolutely vile company. Stay ... Read Full Review

I don't know where to begin.
