You might find many positive reviews from sellers, but I strongly advise first-time buyers to steer clear of this agency. When I viewed the property, I was assured it was in excellent condition, with the exception of the boiler being a bit old. However, as recommended to me, I still arranged for a independent survey. Due to an unexpected emergency, the survey was delayed by a week. This delay wouldn't have affected the sale since the completion date was still a month away. Despite this, the agency contacted me, pressuring me to cancel the survey because the seller was growing impatient (a tactic that, in hindsight, seems manipulative). Unfortunately, I felt I had little choice, as the house I was renting was soon to be sold. It turned out that the house suffered from severe mould and damp issues - an information that was withhold from me during the viewing and that would have been revealed in the survey. Fixing these problems has already cost me several thousand pounds. I strongly discourage first-time buyers, especially my NHS colleagues who need to buy in this area for work, from using this agency. They simply cannot be trusted.
