Very refreshing experience. As an ex property manager and a tenant, renting for over 5 years in London and the UK, I've seen and heard of every horror imaginable in the letting industry. Truepennys has exceeded my expectations at each and every step of the tenancy. They not only accommodated every single request I had, but also tried to help us move out earlier. There were no shady attempts on our deposit at the checking out stage and it was refunded in full. Communication was fantastic at every stage. Sometimes not immediate, but it's a busy environment and being a property manager myself I clearly understand what causes the delays.
