Shocking !! If I could give no stars I would! Jo who runs the show is a nasty racist woman, with no professionalism at all! I couldn't believe the way I was treated. All I can say is she is nasty nasty work, and I wouldn't send my worse enemy to go there. Her son tried selling the grandvile theatre recently and it wasn't even theirs to sell! Ended up on the news ! That's just one of many, read up on it online and then decide if this is the kind of fraudulent company you want to work with. Jo was just absolutely horrible, oh and she owns the dirty place she works and lives in, it's honestly disgusting, even the office is unorganised and you can see from all the important paperwork thrown around, everyone's details all over the shop! Honestly so shocking I'm suprised this place hasn't been shut down

We are in no way connected to ‘Lovetts of Ramsgate’ We have different owners and are not part of the same company.

Absolutely abysmal. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to rent with lovetts. The manager, is extremely rude, unhelpful, and took all the issues we had with our flat as a personal attack.
